Effective May 7, 2026 Ocho Android and Web

Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Ocho, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Ocho.

Ocho may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, store listing, or policy page.

What Ocho does

Ocho lets you record voice notes, transcribe them, clean them up, and sort them into categories. The service may use Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Gemini, RevenueCat, and app store services to provide authentication, syncing, AI processing, and subscriptions.

Ocho is a productivity tool. It is not a medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advice service.

Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating or linking an account.
  • You may not access Ocho in a way that violates law, platform rules, or these terms.
  • Anonymous or demo access may have stricter limits than signed-in access.

Your notes and content

You keep ownership of the voice notes, transcripts, categories, and other content you create in Ocho. You grant Ocho permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.

You are responsible for the content you record or save. Do not record people without required consent. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

AI transcription and sorting

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. You should review notes, titles, categories, and transcripts before relying on them. Ocho may use automated systems to transcribe, summarize, clean, and classify your notes.

Do not use Ocho to process sensitive content unless you are comfortable with the processing described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid features may be offered through Google Play, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, or another payment provider. Pricing, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes are handled by the applicable store or payment provider unless stated otherwise.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the store account where you purchased them. Deleting Ocho does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Fair use and prohibited behavior

  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, abuse, or interfere with Ocho.
  • Do not use Ocho to create, store, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, subscriptions, or security controls.
  • Do not use Ocho for emergency recording, compliance recording, or regulated recordkeeping where failure could cause harm.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these terms are violated or if required to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimers and liability

Ocho is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, or available on every device.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ocho and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or reliance on AI output.
