How can we help?

For the fastest help, open Ocho and use Profile, then Support. In-app support is signed in, protected, and lets us reply to the right account.

In the app

Open Ocho, go to Profile, then tap Support for help, bugs, privacy questions, or safety issues.

Account deletion

Open Ocho, go to Profile, then tap Delete account. If you cannot access the app, use the support email listed on Ocho's Google Play listing.
